Equipping you with the knowledge you need to transform your health.
My mission is to make the complicated, less complicated.
Whether you are dealing with a specific pelvic health challenge or simply want to feel better, my remote coaching calls or curated online course offerings can help. If you are a clinician and in search of an experienced mentor, I got you!
Hey there, I’m Dr. Anne.
I’m Anne Collins Duch. The last name is pronounced like Duke, but I’ve learned to answer to Dutch, Duck, Douche, or Duche’ without batting an eye.
I have been a physical therapist for 27 years, specializing in pelvic health for 25 of those years. I love what I do. I was pelvic health board certified in 2010, which was right about the time I also completed my 200 hr yoga teacher training.
Education is one of my favorite things. I have taught and participated in a gazillion PT continuing education trainings, completed an advanced yoga teacher training, and earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy during the pandemic years, while also recovering from a relatively traumatic, emergent bowel resection surgery - which taught me so much more about the rehab process than all of my clinical years combined.
My work with complex medical experiences (i.e. endometriosis, Elhers Danlos, menopause, and other undiagnosed things that “don’t make sense”) and my love for education led to the growth of my IG following and the subsequent development of my signature online course offering, What Happens in Vagus Doesn’t Have to Stay in Vagus: Nervous System Regulation Course, and the desire to expand my online offerings.
No matter the reason you found me here, I am thrilled to have you. Don’t hesitate to reach out and say hello!
